VIMOB® withstands high and low temperatures due to the thermal inertia of its materials and floor system, adapting to various climates and topographies. They can be HERS® rated and GREEN BUILT ALLIANCE® certified, with the optional use of spray foam insulation.
EARTHQUAKE/MOLD/PEST & WEATHER RESISTANT
Safety comes first. VIMOB® complies with the Earthquake Resistance Standard NSR-10 and welding under AWS standards. By minimizing the use of wood, wood eating pests are avoided.
MODULAR
It allows you to add modules and connect them even long after installation, enabling it to grow at your own pace. They can also be disassembled and moved, if required.
DURABILITY & LOW MAINTENANCE
Materials have a technical spec sheet guarantee of up to 50 years. It'll last a lifetime.
